DAY OF COORDINATION
You’ve already done the dirty work for your event. You’ve booked the venue and vendors, the invites are sent out, and now there’s just one thing missing - someone to run the show! That’s where we come in! A day-of coordinator ensures that all the hard work you’ve put in is executed perfectly. Let us take the stress off of your plate so that you can enjoy your event! We will meet with you 3-6 months before your event, at the 1 month to go mark, and then be there from setup to breakdown on the day of the event to ensure everything goes smoothly. Guided event planning
This package is for the client who wants to do some of the work on their own, but might not have the time to plan the entire event by themselves. When you need someone to bounce ideas off of, to be the main point of contact for vendors, and guide you through your entire event planning process, we are here to help! We will also take care of the day-of coordination, but we’ll be more involved in the planning phase as well. We will meet with you up to 5 times prior to the event to assist with any of the logistics you might need assistance with. We want you to be as involved or hands off as you’d like to be and ensure that you enjoy the hard work you’ve put into your event on the day of! FULL SERVICE EVENT PLANNING
When you don’t know where to start, or you want a professional touch every step of the way, full service planning is the route for you. We will be there with you from initial idea to event execution. When you book us as your full service event planner, we will be the main point of contact for all vendors, schedule every appointment, attend a venue tour with you, as well as handle the small details. We want to make your day as stress-free as possible! If you need assistance finding the right venue or vendors, need artistic advice on decorations and color schemes, or anything else, we are here for you!
