My name is Taylor Rhyne and I created Lemons & Willow Event Management with one goal in mind - I never want someone to get to their big day and think “I can’t wait to get this over with”. I want people to focus on creating memories with the people they love and I want to give them peace in the planning process.
My combined experience working in venues, at hotels, in food service and in customer service along with a degree in hospitality management from NC State University gives me the ability to know how an event should work from every angle - client, vendor, and guest.
I truly care about each one of my clients and want to be a key factor in creating an event that they’ll cherish for the rest of their lives - whether that’s a wedding, birthday party, or any other event. I am my happiest when I’m serving others and when I see smiles on faces at events and throughout the panning process.

She worked at Walt Disney World as a College Program Cast Member in Epcot and loves all things Disney - especially the Little Mermaid (she even got engaged at Magic Kingdom!)
She got married to her best friend Caleb at a venue she used to work at
Her constant sidekick is her 2 year old Boyd - he’s the coolest red head you’ve ever met
She cheered for 15 years and was on the all-girl competitive squad in college
