Contracts, contracts, contracts. No matter how many times we say it, we can’t emphasize the importance of contracts enough! As a small business owner it can be hard to know what bases to cover in your own contract - until it’s too late. We’ve all been there - adding clauses at 2 AM after something went horribly wrong at an event. At this meeting, Joe Dye Culik of Dye Culik PC business law and franchise law firm in Charlotte will be teaching us what clauses to be sure to include in our own contracts, and what red flags to look out for when it comes to reviewing other vendors’ contracts for our clients.
